Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a VR Arcade Staff. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our guests have a fantastic experience from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for assisting customers with VR setup, providing guidance on gameplay, and maintaining a clean and organized arcade environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the arcade.
- Help guests with VR headset setup and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide clear instructions and support during VR gameplay.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any problems that arise.
- Maintain and clean VR equipment to ensure hygiene and functionality.
- Monitor and manage arcade equipment to ensure all systems are in good working order.
- Enforce arcade rules and safety protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events or parties.
- Promote arcade membership, special offers, and upcoming events to customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn about VR systems and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for gaming and technology.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
